HOW TO USE YOUR £1 BOOK TOKEN
Thanks to National Book Tokens and lots of lovely book publishers and booksellers, World Book Day, in partnership with schools all over the country, has distributed more than 15 million £1 World Book Day book tokens to children.
When you get your book token in school, all you need to do is to take it to your local bookseller (there’s lots of them out there – find your local participating bookshop here and swap it for one of the TEN (exclusive, new and completely free) World Book Day books!
Or, if you’d prefer, you can use your book token to get £1 off any full price book instead! And if you’d rather get an audio book, that’s fine too! It’s your choice, just as long as the book or audio book costs at least £2.99
.
Then all YOU have to do is take your book home and enjoy it.
The World Book Day book tokens are valid from Monday 27 February–Sunday 26 March 2017.
It's World Book Day on Thursday 2nd March and we're looking forward to a whole school celebration of books! Dress up as your favourite book character and celebrate World Book Day in style!

Congratulations to Sophia Coyle who finished a fabulous 21st in the Flahavan's Northern Ireland Primary School Cross Country League Final! With almost 200 runners in the race, this was a very impressive run! Well done Sophia!
Don't forget we are still collecting recyclable and reusable materials for our Marvellous Movers project. ️ Thank you for all the donations so far... we are gathering a wide range of different resources that can be used to help us build our moving vehicles.
The now legendary self sponsored walk (£20) is a great opportunity for the dads/grandads/carers to show what they are made of!
Starting from the Top House/Murphy's Bar, the walk is to the Barmouth and back again. The Ireland v France rugby match starts at 5pm and all walkers are strongly encouraged to avail of this time to discuss blisters and other associated walking injuries.
Contact Mark on 07553 366 485 or Stephen on 07748 677 418 for more details.
