  • Looking good for Sports Day tomorrow

    The weather forecast is looking great for Sports Day tomorrow. Don't forget to wear sun cream and a hat. Fun starts at 9:30am.
    School finishes at 1:50pm for everyone - no camogie or art & craft after school tomorrow.

    Due to the weather conditions this evening Sports Day is cancelled tomorrow, Friday 27th May.

  • Final CASH FOR CLOBBER collection

    Our final Cash for Clobber collection is on Wednesday 25th May.  We have already raised £200 for our school through this scheme. Lets see if we can raise some more with our final collection this school year.

    Bags of unwanted textiles may be left on the stage in the hall. Collection at 11:45am approximately on Wednesday morning.

  • St. Colum's Big Breakfast

    Today we celebrated the end of Walk to School Week with a Big Breakfast in school. 88% of our pupils walked, scooted or cycled to school this morning! What an amazing effort! Well done everyone!

     

    Walk to School Week may be over but we hope you'll all continue to try to leave the car at home especially on the dry days. #walktoschoolweek

     

    Many thanks to everyone for their support this week and also to Tesco, Portstewart and Lidl, Portrush for sponsoring our breakfast.

     

     

  • WALK TO SCHOOL DAY 4 ... IN THE RAIN!

    WELL DONE! to everyone who braved the rain this morning to walk or cycle to school. Looking forward to a drier (and maybe even sunnier!) morning tomorrow for our final day of Walk to School Week.

  • 83% of PUPILS WALKED OR CYCLED TODAY

    Day 2 in Walk to School Week... 83% of pupils walked or cycled to school this morning! Fantastic everyone!
    Forecast for tomorrow morning is cloudy with the possibility of sunny intervals... probably still cool so remember your coat.

  • WOW! 124 WALKERS AND CYCLISTS!

    Wow!! 124 pupils walked or cycled to school this morning! Great effort everyone. Cloudy and cool forecast for tomorrow morning so remember to dress for the weather. Let's see if we can get everyone walking by the end of the week.

  • Service of Commitment and Light

    We had a lovely Service of Commitment and Light for our Primary 7 confirmation candidates this evening in St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church, Portstewart. Best wishes to them all as they prepare for their confirmation later this month.
