UPDATE FROM EDUCATION AUTHORITY
We wish to remind applicants of Free School Meals and Uniform Allowance of our 4-week processing time for applications. If you submitted an application before 31st July, your support will be in place for the 1st September.
If you have submitted an application after 1st August, your support will not be in place for 1st September, but you will be notified when your application has been completely processed. Due to a high volume of calls and enquiries to our Helpdesk, please do NOT contact the Helpdesk, updates are not available at this stage.
Parents should ensure that they have uploaded all of the correct documentation to enable us to process the application. If you have been asked to provide different documentation, please ensure you do this in a timely matter, as this will delay the processing of your application.
If you submitted an application more than 5 weeks ago and have not received an update, you should contact the Helpdesk by email on MealsandUniform@eani.org.uk.
We would ask you to please be patient and respectful to our Helpdesk staff as they continue to work extremely hard to process all applications as quickly as they can.
