Looking forward to our PTA Sponsored Dance-A-Thon this Friday, 26th May.

Parents, family, neighbours and friends can sponsor a student by making a donation of any amount. Donations will be used to raise funds for iPads for our school and students. Donations can also be made via SchoolMoney.

With funds raised so far our PTA have been able to order 10 iPads plus storage cabinet with a target to purchase 25 & 2 storage cabinets in total.

We are looking forward to a super morning of dancing and raising funds for our school.

Looking forward to Sports Day on Tuesday 23rd May(weather permitting), starting at approximately 9.20am.

* Children should wear sports gear and suitable footwear.

* Parents are welcome to take their children home after their class has finished all the events – just inform the class teacher.

* The current forecast is for some sunshine so make sure your children are prepared. Apply appropriate sunscreen before they come to school and make sure they bring a hat to protect them from the sun. They will also need their water bottle which can be filled up in school.

* Tea and coffee will be available for parents mid morning. Please bring your own reusable cup if you can.

Lunch Menu for pupils is chicken nuggets, chips, orange squash and ice lolly. Please book online via SchoolMoney as soon as possible to inform our catering. Any problems with SchoolMoney please contact the office.

We ask that parents respect the privacy of all the children in our school on Sports Day. Photographs/recordings of children/events should not be shared on any social media platforms without the parental consent of all the children in the images or videos.

Tomorrow, Saturday 20th May, our Primary 4 children will make their First Holy Communion.

It is a really special occasion in our school year and we wish all the children a wonderful day.

In support of Derry’s campaign to be Ulster champions, this Friday 12^th May, we are asking the children to wear the county colours of red and white. (This could be a pair of red socks or a red/white hair bobble or just your red school polo shirt!)
