REMINDER
School closure this Friday, 29th September to facilitate Staff training.
Primary 1 and Primary 2 parents are invited to join us for our Beginning of Year Prayer Service in the School Hall on Thursday 28th September. The service will begin at 1.10pm.
The photographer will visit school on Monday 25th September, to take individual photographs and sibling groups. Say cheese! π§πΈπ
Anyone with younger siblings (not in P1-P7) may come to school 8.30am - 9am for sibling group photos.

School finishes for P3 - P7 at 1.50pm on Tuesday 19th September to facilitate parent information meetings.
Class Teachers will meet with parents of children from P2 - P7 to outline the academic year 2023/2024 for each class.
The timetable for these meetings is as follows:
P2 Ms Richards 2.00 - 2.10pm
P3 Miss Boyle 2.15 - 2.25pm
P4 Mr Shaw/Mrs Harley 2.30 - 2.40pm
P5 Mrs Shaw 2.45 – 2.55pm
P6 Mr Wade 3.00 - 3.10pm
P7 Dr Greene 3.15 - 3.25pm
Please note. It will not be possible to discuss individual children’s progress at these meetings. Individual parent/teacher meetings will be arranged later in the school year. However, as is the usual policy in the school, should you wish to make an appointment with your child’s class teacher, please contact the school office or send a message via Seesaw.

Star of the Sea parish youth club is back this week, 15th September.
Flame Club is a youth club open to children from 6 years up every Friday evening in Portstewart Parish centre (behind Buds) from 6-8 pm. Sessions cost £2.
Flame is led by young volunteers with adult support and is a great place for kids to have fun and build friendships through a range of games and activities including arts and crafts, baking, gardening, drama, music and prayer time.
