Well done to everyone who walked, cycled or scooted to school today!
We're participating in the Translink Eco-Schools Travel Challenge as part of achieving our prestigious Eco-Schools Green Flag award. This is a fantastic opportunity for our school to work towards becoming more environmentally sustainable by reducing carbon emissions caused by traffic and is a positive step towards reducing car congestion around the school. It is also a healthy and sociable option for our pupils.
Pupils are encouraged to use more sustainable travel modes – mainly walk/cycle/bus/train – instead of car travel. In addition to Eco-Schools awards, classes and pupils who show the greatest change towards sustainable transport use will also be rewarded by Translink with cash and travel prizes.
You can walk, scoot or cycle to school. Why not hop on one of the 'Walking Buses' leaving Manina and The Warren each morning at 8.40am SHARP!
We hope you will support our Translink Eco-Schools Travel Challenge!

We're sure you all slept well on Friday night!
THANK YOU! to Four Star Pizza Portstewart who provided pizza for our volunteers at our Big Spring Clean on Friday evening... DELICIOUS!!
