WORLD OCEANS DAY - ECO-BRICK SCULPTURES

A huge thank you to everyone who braved the rain this morning at Portstewart Strand for the unveiling of the sea sculptures created by Dominican College students, from Eco-Bricks made by  St. Colum's Primary and Portstewart Primary.

 

We loved being involved in this joint venture between Nadional Trust - Portstewart Strand and all three schools in Portstewart, helping to raise awareness of single use plastics and make Portstewart Strand a 'Plastic Free' beach.

 

Thanks to Lisa and the National Trust Team for organising. We had a great morning
