CHRISTMAS FAIR
We are holding our annual Christmas Fair on Sunday 2nd December. The event will run from 4-6pm in Star of the Sea Parish Centre.
As well as craft stalls, we will have a cake stall, tombola, face painting, nail art, glitter tattoos, Throttle a Bottle, arts and crafts, lucky dip, games and refreshments. We also hear that we may have a special visitor in a red suit! Admission is £3 for adults and accompanied children are free. Everyone is very welcome.
In order to make this event a success, we need donations for some of our stalls…
- Tombola Stall… new and unused items. Perhaps you have some unwanted gifts you could donate?
- ‘Throttle a Bottle’ stall… we need bottles for our new stall…anything from shampoo to sauce… so long as it’s in a bottle!
- Nearly new Toy &Book stall ... all toys and books should be in good used condition.
Please leave donations in the School or Pre-School Centre by Thursday 29th November.
Donations of baked goods for our cake stall would also be greatly appreciated. For example, buns, cakes, tray-bakes, apple/rhubarb tarts, wheaten bread, scones etc. Home-made items only please as ‘shop bought’ do not sell. Please enlist help from any bakers you may know.
On the day, we also need some help to man stalls and games and tidying up after the fair.
